Light Horse LLC built Upscale Whale with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what we do — and don't do — with your data.
What we collect
We collect nothing. Upscale Whale does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or video data.
How your videos are processed
All video processing occurs entirely on your Mac. Your video files never leave your device. We have no servers that receive or store your footage.
License verification
If you purchase a license, Paddle (our payment processor) handles the transaction and license key generation. We receive only what is necessary to verify your license — no payment details are stored by us. Paddle's privacy policy governs their data handling.
Analytics
We do not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind in Upscale Whale.
Children
Upscale Whale is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL.
